 This is an opportunity to have your own private health and healing space with access to the massage table, Pilates reformers, and comfy armchairs to create your personal retreat experience.

  • Share the studio with 3 other professionals: a massage therapist, a yoga therapist, and a pilates teacher
  • 24-hour access
  • Studio guaranteed available to you  Mon-Fri mornings ending at 9 AM, Tues-Fri starting at 4:30 PM until however late you want to be there, and all day and evening on weekends.

Expectations

About the Studio

  • One-year rental commitment
  • $200 monthly rent paid by the 25th of each month via check or paypal.
  • Share studio upkeeping. Keep the studio and provided equipment in sanitary and clean order after each use, and contribute to the cleaning supplies. A vacuum and mop are provided.
  • Using Google Calendar. The studio use is booked with a shared calendar.
  • Respect for the equipment available.
